Will you work with my insurance company?
We document the damage with photos, give you a detailed report, and meet your adjuster on site. The claim itself stays between you and your insurer. Florida law does not let roofing contractors negotiate it for you.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most shingle roofs take 2 to 3 days, tile about a week. Weather can move the schedule, and we tell you before it does.

My roof is 20 years old. Do I have to replace it?
